Oleg Büller-Khosla
Notes on building purpose-led companies, teams and campaigns at the intersection of social impact, beauty and the internet.
From international law to building modern beauty.
Boston-born and Amsterdam-raised, Oleg studied international law and history before working in diplomacy and the NGO world. Today, he co-leads indē wild and Post for Change with Diipa — turning ideas about impact and representation into actual organisations, teams and P&Ls.
At indē wild, he works on strategy, organisation and people — taking a brand rooted in Ayurvedistry and scaling it across countries, investors and shelves.
At Post for Change, he connects creators, UN agencies and NGOs, treating social media as infrastructure for campaigns instead of just content.
He’s most interested in what happens behind the scenes: decision-making, team culture, operations, and how you build something that can still look itself in the mirror years later.
- Background in international law, diplomacy and the NGO sector.
- Co-founder & CEO of indē wild, an Ayurvedistry-led beauty brand now on global shelves.
- Co-founder of Post for Change, a foundation using social media for social change.
- Believer in long-term thinking, clear processes and “just throw the dart” experimentation.
From vision to “what are the next 5 steps?”.
If Diipa is the one pointing at the mountain peak, Oleg is usually the one asking how to get the team there safely, sustainably and with enough humour left at the summit.
01 · Clarity before complexity
Starting with a simple question: what problem are we really solving — for consumers, for the team, for investors, for the world outside the company deck?
02 · Systems that hold the vision
Turning ideas into roadmaps, rituals and responsibilities so that the work doesn’t depend on heroics; it depends on good systems and honest feedback.
03 · Impact baked into the brief
Making sure campaigns and products don’t just look good, but also move the needle on representation, equity and social outcomes whenever they can.
Post for Change
Post for Change is the foundation Oleg co-founded with Diipa to work with creators, UN agencies and NGOs on campaigns around topics that rarely trend, but deeply matter.
- Designing campaigns where creators lend their reach to issues like menstrual health, education and gender equality.
- Building formats with organisations and NGOs that outlive a single hashtag.
- Keeping campaigns accountable to the communities they claim to represent — not just the metrics in a deck.
From UCU hallways to global shelves.
The rough arc: international law student → NGO and diplomacy work → social media workshops with the UN → Post for Change → indē wild.

From sold-out-in-90-minutes launches to handling product issues, Reddit threads and a $5M investment round — the part of entrepreneurship that rarely fits into an Instagram caption.

NowBuilding, parenting, and still throwing darts.
These days, the work is about leading teams, raising a daughter, and continuing to “throw the dart” — knowing that progress beats perfection.
